Dr. Elizabeth Tateoka
DNP · Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Elizabeth “Liz” Tateoka founded White Onyx Functional & Aesthetic Medicine with a passion for helping people uncover the root causes of their health concerns—not just manage symptoms. A Navy veteran and lifelong athlete, she has shaped her own health journey into the personalized, whole-person approach she brings to every client. She combines evidence-based functional medicine with compassionate care to help clients restore balance, improve their health, and feel their best from the inside out.
Gia (Pavone) Melanson, RN
Registered Nurse
Gia Melanson is well-known in the local community. Prior to becoming a nurse, she was a respected and sought-after hair stylist and beautician. Despite her success in the beauty industry, she decided to further her education at Mount Wachusett Community College and obtained her Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
She has been a Registered Nurse for over twelve years and has significant experience working with orthopedic, medical, and surgical clients. She has most recently found a love for aesthetics and obtained her injector and filler certifications from The Ho Academy in Northampton. She also received training in Irving, TX, and is a certified Biote provider. Gia enjoys bringing beautifying and confidence-building services to people who light up and feel better!
Stacey Courtemanche
Esthetician
Stacey Courtemanche is a highly experienced esthetician with over 17 years of expertise in the skincare industry. With a deep passion for helping her clients achieve optimal skin health, she has built a reputation for her expertise, skill, and personalized approach. Stacey began her career at the prestigious Elizabeth Grady Salon in Acton, MA, where she not only honed her technical skills in skincare treatments but also gained valuable experience in salon management. During her time as a salon manager, she became adept at overseeing daily operations, mentoring other estheticians, and curating services that met the evolving needs of her clientele.
Stacey’s specialties include customized facials, advanced anti-aging treatments, acne management, and holistic skincare solutions. She keeps herself up to date with the latest advancements in the field, regularly attending industry conferences and continuing education courses. This dedication to her craft allows her to incorporate cutting-edge techniques and technologies into her practice, ensuring her clients always receive the most effective treatments available. Beyond her technical skills, Stacey is deeply committed to client education. She believes that healthy skin is a partnership between esthetician and client, and she spends time with each individual, teaching them about their skin type, the science behind the treatments, and how to maintain their results at home. From recommending the right skincare products to offering personalized tips for daily routines, Stacey ensures her clients leave not only looking their best but also empowered to care for their skin in the long term.
In addition to her professional work, Stacey is an active member of her local community. Stacey coaches a girls’ AAU Basketball team out of Westford, MA, which competes in tournaments across New England. Stacey is driven by her passion for helping others feel confident in their skin.
