Kelly Cacciolfi is a dedicated esthetician with a passion for skincare and beauty. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts and Licensed Esthetician (LE) from the New England School of Esthetics, where she completed both a Masters and Basic program in Esthetics. During her time there, Kelly earned the top honors in her class.

Following her esthetic education, Kelly embarked on a career journey that led her to Crรจme de la Mer, a division of the Estee Lauder Company. At Crรจme de la Mer, she provided luxury skincare services and fostered strong relationships with clients at Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstroms, and Neiman Marcus. With a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail, Kelly continues to stay abreast of the latest techniques and advancements in the ever-evolving field of esthetics.

While attending UMass, Kelly completed her degree with emphasis in Marketing, Public Relations, and Organizational Structure, where she developed a passion for the operational side of business.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelly is deeply passionate about empowering others to embrace self-care and confidence. She believes that skincare is not just about outward appearance but also about nurturing inner well-being and self-esteem.

Gia (Pavone) Melanson, RN

Gia Melanson is well-known in the local community. Prior to becoming a nurse, she was a respected an sought-after hair stylist and beautician. Despite her success in the beauty industry, she decided to further her education at Mount Wachusett Community College, and obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing.

She has been a Registered Nurse for over twelve years, and has significant experience working with orthopedic, medical, and surgical patients. She has most recently found a love for aesthetics, and obtained her injector and filler certifications from The Ho Academy in Northampton. She also received training in Irving, TX and is certified Biote provider. Gia enjoys bringing beautifying and confidence-building services to people that make them light up and feel better!

Tatiana Vasquez is an office assistant. As a senior at Gardner High School, she is active in sports and volunteering in the community. She plays on the Gardner High School basketball team. Following graduation, she plans to go to nursing school and has goals to become an aesthetic nurse.

Stacey began her career at the prestigious Elizabeth Grady Salon in Acton, MA, where she not only perfected her technical skills in skincare treatments but also gained valuable experience in managing the salon. During her time as a salon manager, she became adept at overseeing daily operations, mentoring other estheticians, and curating services that met the evolving needs of her clientele.

Staceyโ€™s specialties include customized facials, advanced anti-aging treatments, acne management, and holistic skincare solutions. She keeps herself up to date with the latest advancements in the field, regularly attending industry conferences and continuing education courses. This dedication to her craft allows her to incorporate cutting-edge techniques and technologies into her practice, ensuring her clients always receive the most effective treatments available.

Beyond her technical skills, Stacey is deeply committed to client education. In addition to her professional work, Stacey is an active member of her local community. Stacey coaches a girl’s AAU Basketball team out of Westford, MA, where they compete in tournaments all over New England. Stacey is driven by her passion for helping others feel confident in their skin.
